Web design and app design
We review existing interfaces or guide your team as it builds new ones: flows, clarity, accessibility and consistency. We can work as an outside reviewer or as part of the product team.
Infrastructure and code
We analyse architecture, runtime environments, the delivery process and code quality. The result is a realistic plan: what is worth changing now, what can wait and what should be left alone.
How we work
We start with a conversation about the goal and agree the scope together. We then work with access strictly limited to what is needed, and at the end you get the report and an action plan. If you want to go further, we implement the recommendations.

No. We can work on a system someone else built, either as a one-off audit or as working sessions with your team.
