Why custom software, not an off-the-shelf product
An existing product forces you to change your process to fit inside it. When your operation has genuine specifics — its own workflows, integrations with local systems, specific business rules — the cost of working around the product soon exceeds the cost of building your own.
How we work
We start with a short discovery in which we write down the real process, not the ideal one. Then we deliver in two-week iterations, with a working version at every step, so you can see progress and correct the direction early.
What you get after launch
At the end you receive administrator access to your project, hosted on our servers, and the documentation. You decide whether to download the code or leave it with us. We operate the application, handling migrations and scaling resources up or down, so you do not deal with servers. If you prefer, we stay for maintenance and further development.
Frequently asked questions
What does custom software cost?
A first working version starts at around €15,000, which is about 75,000 RON at the reference rate. Complex platforms with integrations and multiple roles run from €30,000 to €120,000, roughly 150,000 to 600,000 RON.
How long until the first version?
Two to four months for an MVP, nine to eighteen months for a complex platform.
Who owns the source code?
Code ownership is set in the contract. By default, for custom projects the code lives on our servers and you get administrator access to your project; you decide whether to download it. For services and SaaS products we operate, the code stays with 7soft, and if you want it we quote a price. When we join an existing team, we work in your repository.
