How a project runs, step by step
01
Discovery (up to one week)
We start with a 60–90 minute conversation about the current process. We come back with a two-to-three-page document: the flows, the risks and the split into stages.

Design (1–2 weeks)
We sketch the main screens and validate them with you before the first line of code. You get a working link you can show colleagues, not just images.
03
Build (two-week iterations)
Every two weeks you get a version to test in a separate environment, with a short summary of what was shipped. You see progress in the product, not in reports.
04
Launch and support
We put the system into production, train your team in a recorded session and stay available for adjustments. You get the documentation, and access to the code follows the project model: either administrator access on our servers, or a service we operate for you.
Technologies we use
- Language and framework: chosen to fit the project, not our preferences
- Databases: relational or non-relational, as needed
- Interface: a design system with accessible components
- Integrations: APIs, including SmartBill and Saga for invoicing and accounting
- Operations: we run the infrastructure, so the client does not deal with servers or hosting
How we work together
- A single point of contact on our side, not a sales team.
- Written, asynchronous communication, plus one short weekly sync.
- Payment per delivered stage, with maintenance agreed transparently from the start.
- You know from the start how you get the code: administrator access to your project, or a service we operate.
